Colorado Gamers collects only what members choose to share: a name, contact details, birthdays, game lists, and RSVP responses. This information is visible only to approved, signed-in members.
If you opt into Google Calendar sync, events are written to your calendar via Google’s API; we never read your other calendar data. You can disconnect at any time.
We use sign-in providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft, GitHub) only to verify your identity. We do not sell or share any data with third parties, run ads, or use tracking beyond what sign-in requires.
To update or delete your information, edit your profile or email dave@cogamers.net and it will be removed promptly.
