Colorado Gamers collects only what members choose to share: a name, contact details, a birthday, the games you own, RSVP answers, and what gets written down about game nights. This information is visible only to approved, signed-in members.
We use Google sign-in only to verify your identity — your email address and display name. We do not sell or share any data with third parties, run ads, or use tracking beyond what sign-in requires.
If you opt into Google Calendar sync, game nights are written to your calendar via Google's API; we never read your other calendar data. You can switch it off in the app at any time, which removes the entries it created. The calendar subscription feed carries the schedule only.
Email we send you is queued on our own server and deleted 30 days after it goes out. Interest requests that were approved or declined are deleted after 90 days. Server logs record account ids, never email addresses or message contents.
To update your information, edit your member card. To leave the club and have your account removed, email [email protected] — what you contributed to the shared record of past game nights (who was there, who won) stays as part of the club's history; everything else is removed promptly.
